Easy to install

After removing the cover After removing the cover, you can make use of a flathead tool to remove the four main attachment clips from the passenger side of fob assembly. These are marked in red on the image below. Note the yellow locating tabs that have to be deactivated.
Replace the battery with a #CR2032 coin cell battery. Make sure that the "+" positive side of the battery corresponds to the opening of the fob, and that the"-" negative side is facing the rubber buttons.
Replace the cover of the passenger's side mirror by aligning the locating tabs. After you've done this take the fob for the driver's side back into your car and test it. Press the button on the front of the key. If everything is functioning properly your car should start to turn on the parking lights, and the doors will automatically lock.
